Special designed for the mass production of heat sealed, printed t-shirt bags making. The working and production procedure of the machine is fully programmed by Japanese made PLC (Program Logic Controller)
Be equipped with jumbo film roll holding to save time for changing film rolls.
Be equipped with film exhaust scanner and film jamming sensor, can stop machine when the film runs out or jammed and keep machine in smooth and stable operation condition.
Be equipped with Japanese made servo motor and driver system, can achieve high speed and quiet operating condition of the machine. The capacity of the servo motor is 5hp for each lane. For reading, setting bag length, producing speed and the function timing, simply press setting buttons upon the monitor.
Be equipped with German photocell for precise printed mark registration.
Non-tension air feeding and heat sealing system for stronger sealing strength and smoothing film feeding.
The sealing bar can be turned upward for easy maintenance purpose under safety condition.
The pressure of the sealing bar is controlled by large size knob, making the system to be more durable.
Japanese made inverter is equipped with speed changing system to stabilize machine speed and avoid mechanical breakdown.
Pneumatic / hydraulic type puncher is adopted the in-line punching system to ensure each handle of bags to be punched out neatly and quietly.
The auto folding device is the optional attachment; this device can fold up the pile of the bags very shipshape.
